Billionaires are constantly on the lookout for haute properties, better still if they come with a tag of ‘most expensive’. A 54-year-old Russian steel tycoon, Vladimir Lisin, with a net worth of an astounding £15 billion, bought the 300-year-old Park Place mansion for £140 million. Bought by developer Michael Spink in 2007, for about £40 million, the house is set in 300 acres of land in Oxfordshire, with 200 acres of parkland.
